Who needs a Bulgarian e-vignette?
Cars and vans up to 3.5 t on Bulgaria's tolled road network need a digital e-vignette registered to the plate.
Motorcycles are exempt. Fines for missing vignette are about €205 — enforcement uses ANPR on major corridors.
