You can cancel your All Vignette monthly subscription anytime at the end of the current billing period — with no notice period (0 days). After you cancel, you keep access through the end of the paid period; then billing stops.
Request cancellation
Submit the form below. We will process your request, usually within 1–2 business days.
You can also write to [email protected] with the email used for your subscription and your license plate.
What happens after you cancel
- No further monthly charges after the period ends.
- E-vignettes already issued for paid periods stay valid until their own end date; they are not prorated or refunded.
- You can subscribe again later if you need the flatrate again.
