Terms of Service
1. About this service
AllVignette ("the Service") is an independent online platform. The operator of this website and your contracting party for orders is the legal entity below. We provide a paid intermediary and processing service: we help private drivers obtain official digital vignettes (e-vignettes) for European motorways by submitting the order to the relevant national operator on the driver's behalf.
What you purchase from us is this service of arranging and processing the vignette order. We do not issue vignettes ourselves, we do not set the official toll prices, and we have no authority over activation, validity or enforcement, all of which remain solely with the national operator.
Legal entity and business address:
We are not a national toll road operator and we are not an official reseller, agent or partner of any operator. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by ASFINAG (Austria), DARS (Slovenia), NDS (Slovakia), CNAIR (Romania), BGtoll (Bulgaria), SFDI (Czech Republic), Nemzeti Útdíj (Hungary) or Via Admin (Switzerland). All operator names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used here only to describe which official vignette your order relates to. All vignettes you order through us are ultimately issued by these national operators under their own terms.
2. What the Service does
When you place an order, we perform the following actions on your behalf:
- Accept your vehicle details, license plate and contact email.
- Accept your payment via secure card processing.
- Purchase the corresponding official e-vignette from the relevant national operator.
- Email you the confirmation with vignette details and a payment receipt.
Our fee for this service is included in the displayed price. The final price is always shown before payment.
2a. Pricing and our service fee
The price shown at checkout consists of two parts:
- The official toll fee charged by the national operator (e.g. ASFINAG, DARS, NDS), and
- Our service fee for processing, purchasing and delivering the vignette on your behalf.
Our service fee reflects the convenience of ordering in one place, in your language, with instant digital delivery and customer support. The official vignette can also be purchased directly from each national operator's own website, usually at a lower price. You are paying us for the service of handling the purchase for you, not for the vignette itself.
The full price is always shown before payment. By completing the order you agree to the total displayed price.
3. Your responsibilities
- Provide an accurate license plate, country of registration and vehicle category. The vignette is linked to the plate you submit. Typos mean the vignette does not cover your vehicle.
- Select a start date that matches your actual travel plans.
- Pay by a valid payment method that belongs to you or the vehicle owner.
- Comply with local road regulations. Possessing a valid vignette does not exempt you from speed limits, section tolls, or traffic laws.
4. Delivery and activation
Most vignettes are activated within minutes after payment. In some cases processing may take up to 24 hours due to operator system delays. You will receive a confirmation email with vignette details as soon as the operator confirms activation.
Once activated, the vignette is bound to the license plate provided and cannot be transferred to another vehicle.
5. Refunds and cancellations
Please see our Refund Policy.
6. Liability
We take reasonable care to purchase the correct vignette based on the data you provide. However we cannot be held liable for:
- Incorrect information submitted by you (wrong plate, wrong country, wrong dates).
- Fines or penalties imposed by national authorities for road offences.
- Force majeure, including operator system outages and network disruptions.
- Consequential loss or delay arising from processing time.
- Changes to official toll prices, vignette categories or rules made by a national operator after your order.
- Refusal, suspension or cancellation of a vignette by the operator for reasons outside our control.
In any case our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order.
7. Data and privacy
Handling of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable at the place of incorporation of the operating entity (TechnoDucks Inc, State of Nevada, USA). Any dispute will be resolved by the competent courts of that jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause deprives you, as a consumer, of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence, including your right to bring proceedings before the courts of that country where EU consumer law so provides.
